Avant garde typography posters
DESIGN
I made use of different genres of music to create different typography posters.
Track 1
I picture a calm, relaxing image of me on the beach sipping my mimosa~ I wanted to reinforce this vision of comfort, peace and unworry onto the poster. I made use of a wave shape and two colours of a gradient to highlight the lightness and smooth transition of the music.
Track 2
Track 2 is heavier on emotions and drama. I picture chaos, boldness and a perfect mess. So, I reflected this vision onto this poster with a purposefully placed beautiful mess of words. I then decided to add a hint of warmth to this cool colour theme to symbolise the rebellion of music and story of Avant Garde.
